Into a 1 cup of warm water add 40 gms jelly powder.leave it to aside for few minutes.Then pour it into a glass and send into refrigerator for set.
Boil 500 milk and 2 tbsp sugar into the milk and mix it well.
Add this custard mixture into the boiled milk and starting it continiously in a medium flame.make a thick mixture.
When custard is completely cool down add any seasonal fruit you want and mix it.
When jelly is completely set, add custard mixture top of the jelly. Then refrigerator few it minutes before serve.
